This 90min session is designed to discuss your wellbeing needs and goals, and to assess the suitability of this service for you. This session will also act as a baseline measure to inform a longer term treatment scope:

  • Breathing practice to calm the nervous system and ease tension.

  • Gentle stretch or mindful movement options that can be done seated or lying down, depending on your comfort level.

  • A calming mindfulness close to help you finish grounded and at ease.

  • Nutritional guidance

  • Follow up directions to support you at home

Core Program
$100.00

Our Core Program is a personalised 70min ongoing service designed to support you in living well with chronic pain. Through one-on-one sessions, we use evidence-informed biomedical yoga practises, and incorporate holistic nutritional guidance, supported meditation and mindfulness strategies and journalling to facilitate a plan that works for your body and lifestyle.

Each program is tailored to your unique needs and focuses on six key areas of wellness:

  • Movement – gentle, adaptive yoga practices to improve mobility and reduce stiffness.

  • Flare Management – practical tools to navigate and recover from pain flare-ups guidance on balancing activity and rest to prevent flare-ups.

  • Mindfulness – techniques to calm the nervous system and build resilience.

  • Sleep Support – strategies to encourage deeper, more restorative rest.

  • Nutrition – simple, supportive approaches to fuelling your body for wellbeing.

  • Communication - Email support in-between sessions

This program gives you the time, guidance, and accountability to develop practical practices that fit into daily life, helping you build confidence, improve quality of life, and foster a sense of control.

Group Program
$25.00

This 60+ min Group Program uniquely caters for organised group environments; or groups in aged care and disability residences, preschool and school settings.

Each session blends adapted yoga tailored to meet the needs of the group present.

Cost is $25/person/hour with a minimum of 6 people

*For larger groups of more than 6, a standard rate of $150/hour will apply for the whole group.
